Apple your IPhone has been hacked pop-up

I was on a website and then all of a sudden a pop-up appears saying that my iPhone has been hacked. Out of panic I pressed the ok button and it brought me to another page with a two minute timer on it. Then it showed me an app in the App Store to install but I didn’t install it. I’m wondering if pressing that ok button and opening that second page would hack my iPhone? Please help!

The website is a scam. You should just in case go to settings > safari > delete safari website data and history so that doesn’t happen again. Also, go to settings > calendar > accounts, and delete any of the accounts that are not yours to stop an iOS calendar scam.

have a good day
