My itunes music wont work , i joined my family share , it was working previously but it stopped

why is my itunes music not working with family sharing , it was working previously , please i need a response asap, i have tried everything possible

Hi there


Looks like you are referring to Apple Music Family subscription.


Sometimes, if you can no longer access the subscription or if you are being asked to sign up again, it may already have been canceled by a member of your family sharing set. Have you checked that with the family organizer?


Also, kindly check if with the family organizer if there's anything wrong with the payment method.


You can also test on another Apple device if you can access Apple Music there. If you can, that means it can be a device issue and you can try signing out your Apple ID on Media & Purchases and then sign it back in and test again.
