Does Do Not Disturb silence WhatsApp calls on iPhone?
If I turn on Focus or Do Not Disturb, will that also silence calls coming through WhatsApp?

Depends on how you set it up. In the do not disturb focus you can set up per app if it comes through. For me, Whatsapp and Signal calls are coming through.
