Background sound sounds like water running


How do I turn this off, I went to settings, I went to control center, I tap the icon that looks like an ear and it says hearing but there was No response

iPhone 13, iOS 15

Settings>Accessibility>Audio/Visual>Background Sounds. Turn it off.
