hot spot not discoverable iphone verizon

how to make my laptop Windows OS discover my iPhone 12+ Verizon's hotspot, to connect to wi-fi,

-I have all devices updated, and despite that, I must Reset Networks every time I need internet, I have to restart my laptop, turn off/on my phone.

Any solution to this?

Please, not the simplistic "update, reset, redo,..." because they are already done.

Thanks a lot

Windows, Windows 10

This sounds more like an issue with your Windows PC than with the hotspot. To check for this get someone else to try to connect to your hotspot (doesn't matter what type of device) while you are attempting to connect with your PC. If the other device connects without restarting your iPhone but your PC cannot then you know to focus on the PC.

Thanks for your answer, Deggie.

=> I can connect w/o any problem my iPhone 12 to an iPad, and is "always connected when in range".

This does not happen with the laptop. I changed an old iOS Win10 laptop for a brand new iOS Win11 laptop Wi-Fi 6, and nothing. The laptop does not spontaneously, immediately, discover my iPhone wi-fi . My iPhone 12 is updated.

=> But the laptop gets many other Wi-Fi signal nearby and one of them allowed me to connect: immediately, and always "connected when in range".

This is why I think the problem is in the Hotspot program of the iPhone.
