Does this help with google mail as well

I can not use my email gmail I do not receive incoming emails or I can not send any out . I can not update my apple payment . I want to know does apple payment effect my gmails ?

Apple has nothing to do with any of Google’s services like gmail. Separate companies offering separate services. Your gmail is also not stored on iCloud - it is stored on Google’s email servers.

If your having technical issues with gmail, you need to contact Google support

Have you tried deleting the account(s), restarting the device, and then adding the account(s) back?
