blurry but get focused on close object iphone xr camera

hi i’d like to ask why my iphone xr camera gets blurry all the time but once theres a close object it will get auto focused and be a normal camera? i tried upgrading my ios, deleting stuffs so i have lots of storage, cleaning the camera. its still get blurry and only get normal when theres a close object that can be auto focused. heres the pict that i take from my camera. i take one not really close to the object (get blurry), and another one with a quite close distance (got focused and produce a nice pic). what should i do? please help

Check out the section and helpful information in the section "Adjust the camera’s focus and exposure" and quoted below from the guide page here: Use iPhone camera tools to set up your shot

"Before you take a photo, the iPhone camera automatically sets the focus and exposure, and face detection balances the exposure across many faces. If you want to manually adjust the focus and exposure, do the following:

Open Camera.
Tap the screen to show the automatic focus area and exposure setting.
Tap where you want to move the focus area.
Next to the focus area, drag up or down to adjust the exposure.

To lock your manual focus and exposure settings for upcoming shots, touch and hold the focus area until you see AE/AF Lock; tap the screen to unlock settings."

You can also test the issue when in a different camera mode. Use camera modes on your iPhone
