Close rings from previous day?!

I normally close my rings on my watch every day and have a 221 day streak. Yesterday I was 3 calories off my goal and just forgot to check this before I went to bed as the ring looked closed.

Is there a way I can change my settings to go back a day and add 3 calories on to maintain my streak? I've tried changing the time and also adding data manually through the Health app but it doesn't seem to be working...

You cannot add data retrospectively, you can only add data on the same date for it to affect your 3 rings.
