Can I have more that 1 iWatch paired with my iPhone?

Can I have more than 1 iWatch paired with my iPhone? I was thinking of upgrading and giving my 6 year daughter my iWatch. She doesn't have a phone but I need to be able to contact her when she's outside playing. Will the call go to her watch or mine if I upgrade?
