Can I use Mac OS and Windows 10 at the same time while using Boot Camp Assistant?

bootcamp is the app boot camp assistance to setup the partition and download the drivers for the mac hardware
and then a bootloader which let you choose between macOS or windows when windows is running mac is not and when macOS is running windows is not, if you wish them to run at the same time then you need to look for a virtual machine like virtualbox or parallels
