Forgot password - no answer from the support

I forgot password for my appleID. Got through the procedure, but after few days and email that Apple Support will contact me on a specific date I didn’t get any text or phone call. I’m not in region where I can contact the support directly. Got through the procedure several times now. Anyone know what to do next? I cant download anything from appstore without it.

You are sign in here .  .  .  with your Apple ID & Password (?).

Your Apple ID is the personal account you use with all Apple products and services. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in, as well as the contact, payment, and security details that you use with Apple.

You can’t merge multiple Apple ID accounts.
