Make a phone call within USA
I have no coverage when travelling to the U.S. from my mobile carrier, the place I plan to visit no WiFi service. Can I buy a long distance phone card to make a call within USA?

It sounds like you've already checked with your carrier about international travel and they don't support that. In order to use a carrier within the US, you'll need to make sure that your iPhone is unlocked. Doing this will allow you to use a SIM card from the US for service.
