Hi there!

There are several reasons why an iPhone would exhibit this kimd of behavior

1. Battery - Have you checked the battery health of your iPhone and see if the maximum capacity is below 80%. Are you seeing an important battery message there? If so, the phone may already need a battery replacement.

2. Apps - Does the issue happen when you try open or use a particular app? If so, you can try checking if the app needs an update or not or you can delete and reinstall it especially if it's 3rd party app.

3. iOS - Have you checked if the phone needed an iOS update. The latest one is 15.5. If you have anything below that, you may want to consider updating your phone. It's a good idea to create a backup first before doing that to avoid data loss.

4. Other Hardware issue - Was the phone accidentally dropped or impacted before the issue happened? If so, you may want to have a trained technician inspect the phone for other hardware issues

Hope that helps!
