Malware or getting hacked throught instagram post on iphone

My friend said het got hacked or got malware or something from an instagram post. I was thinking that he just clicked on a scam dm. But he said he didn’t. So now I’m worried. Can you get hacked or get malware from visiting an instagram account or looking at a post on instagram? On your iphone

Have I been Hacked? About 2 months ago on instagram I got sent a link but someone random and i clicked on it ( which i usually wouldnt do) but this seemed like someone from a school i knew as people from that school followed it, which still doesnt make it ok. Later on I saw on people’s stories saying don’t click the link or they will hack you. however i clicked the link before i saw but i swiped it away before it even loaded. Am i hacked? this is really bugging me now it didn’t bother me that much when it happened though.

My iphone has been hacked i was watching somthing on Safari and it opened up a tab and said your iPhone has been hacked. I opened it and it said do not close this tab,a hacker is tracking you if you do not install this and do somthing about it they will send every in your contacts your camera roll then I clicked the link and installed the app in the App Store and it scanned my iPhone and said 8 viruses detected. Is my iPhone hacked?
