Is there any way to send an auto reply/Focus message when the hipbone is offline or out of service?
I will be on a camping trip and out of cell service and want to tell my customers to call my office.

Contact your cellular service provider and see if they offer a way to send an auto response when the iPhone cannot be contacted.
If the iPhone is offline or out of service, there is no way short of magic for it to send anything itself.
