''Apple id cannot be used for itunes store''
This is my first iPhone, i created my account, logged into it, but I can't log in Apple Store, and I'm sure my ID and password are correct

When this message comes up, does it provide you any steps to complete or ask you to tap to go to Settings and edit any information?
Please also be sure you’re logged in to Settings > your name > Media & Purchases with the correct Apple ID. If you are asked to verify your Apple ID in there, please do so. You’ll also want to make sure your billing address and form of payment are all set up as well. Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods
You mentioned this being your first iPhone, do you have a computer with iTunes on it? If so, you may be able to sign in there and check to see if the same situation is present.
