My NOTES always used my face recognition and then it stopped doing so. I remember the hint for my password and what I thought was the rest of it doesn’t work. How can I reset the password? And get into my locked NOTES?

You can't reset the password for the already created notes, you will need to remember the password or you won't be able to open them.
You can create a new password for future notes.

The good news is you can try as many times as you like, there is no limit.
