I canceled my storage plan a couple weeks ago and it’s still taking money off my card

Were you able to cancel it with the steps outlined in this article?


Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan - Apple Support


If so, the charges may have been coming from somewhere else.


You may want to verify these charges by checking your purchasr history


View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services - Apple Support


If the charges are noy showing up in your purchase history, you may have a family sharing account set up and the charges might be coming from one of the members in your family sharing group.
