There is an image stuck to my phone screen

I was on my phone at night and I left to go get my laundry will a video was playing and when I came back to go to Snapchat I saw that the video image was stuck onto my phone screen and it was behind all my other apps I have tried forcefully restarting it by quickly hitting the volume buttons down and then hitting the sleep button but nothing has work please help
