I used Quick Start to transfer data from old iPad to new iPad. Looks like it deleted all data from old iPad as as final step. So I assume I don't need to do anything else??

That screen is your POSITIVE confirmation that the iPad has indeed been reset to it’s “just out of the box” condition.
Thanks for your help! I think I am ok! The old iPad Mini does not show up on my list of devices, only the new iPad. And when I turn the old iPad Mini on, I get the start up screens you get with a new device, where you pick your language, etc.
