They don't seem to be genuine.
Upon entering the serial number here - Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support, it returns this message-
"We’re sorry, but this is a serial number for a product that has been replaced."
This could mean several things- the product you have was reported as defective and replaced, but Apple never received them, marking them as lost or stolen. They may also have a duplicate serial number that of course won't match the product. Either way, Apple won't service them for you.
(Just a word of caution- you should never share your serial number online)
