Subscription Cancelled. No Refund received.

I can't find an old subscription to 'Simply Piano' $149 that was cancelled. We have not received a refund.


How can we make this refund complete?

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.


They're generally not obligated to grant one. If they already did, it'll take up to 30 days for most payment methods.
