Speed Dial Calling on a Watch while Passcode is on?

Hello,

I have an Iphone 8 running IOS 15.5 that is paired to an Apple Watch SE running watchos 8.6. I want to know if it is possible to execute a complication (calling) from the Face display when the phone is locked. I have already sucessfully setup the Modular Face to display information from a specific app (Dexcom) even while the watch has passcode turned on. I have also setup to where two phone icons are displayed (bottom left and right), but when I go to click on the phone icons, it request the passcode. See picture for Face setup.

I want my child to have the ability to see his diabetes reading (Dexcom) and make and receive phone calls via the watch at school while the phone is locked to all other activity such as browsing the Internet and playing games. Is this possible at this time? Thank you.
