Phone Widget Deleted

I have an iPhone 12 Pro and I somehow deleted the phone widget off my Home Screen. It’s only under the Apps now and I don’t have Settings>General>Reset Home Screen.

Go to the App Library (swipe left past your last home screen). From there you can touch and hold an app and slide it left back to the home screen.
