Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

My iphone is locked, says to connect to itunes. when I did that, it said the iphone device was not found. My Phone is not backed up and I can't restore because I will lose everything.

If your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPodOfficial Apple Support › en-us


If no luck, you will need to get with Apple Support........Get Support


Unfortunately, the phone will likely need to be erased to get it going again.


Unfortunately, if you don't have a backup, the phone will appear as if it were new. No way around that.
