How do I get a refund on an in app purchase?

My phone was stolen by a kid I nanny at work and he’s 6. He was messing with my apps and clicked on a in app purchase for the app Sleep Cycle. I grabbed it from him and it verified using my face id.

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
