Cancel Within a 24 Hour Limit:

3. As it Reads: If you signed up for a free or discounted trial subscription and you don't want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

You forgot to mention what subscription this is. It is very difficult to give directions without knowing what this is about.
