Garmin Connect app is not available for Maldives

I am from Maldives. I have been using Garmin Foreunner 235 (watch) for quite sometime now. When I first bought it, I had U.S. as my appstore country/region. However, now I have Maldives and for this region Garmin Connect is not available on appstore. I have tried changing country/region to U.S., but it requires to enter details for a U.S. credit card which I do not have. Can you please enable Garmin Connect app to Maldives Appstore ?

I know that Garmin Express is available from Laptop PC. But its not convenient to connect the watch to Laptop after every run.

I have also contacted Garmin regarding this, no help so far. Is there anything Apple can do ?
