Hi, i am trying to access my airport time capsule after long time. i updated its firmware and all. But it still gives me this error. I tried to hard reset it but still no luck. Please help me, just want to access some photos.
it is connected to main router.

The Time Capsule uses older SMB1 communication protocols, which are not all that secure by today's standards. For security reasons, Microsoft disabled SMB1 in Windows 10.
You might be able to temporarily enable SMB1 on your PC to allow short term access to the Time Capsule by searching for articles like "enable smb1 on Windows 10". For example:

Are you by chance trying to access the Time Capsule using a PC?
