App subscription problem

I have a calendar/planner app set up to a subscription through Apple. The subscription auto renewed on 6/15, but it shows that it is “pending” in my purchases. Because it hasn’t gone through yet I cannot use the full version of the app- which is vital to my everyday life! Anyone know a solution to this?
