I have done a little research and the simple answer is no. TfL, for security reasons, do not allow the actual Oyster card to be transferred into a smart phone or smart watch. What they do allow is for you to pay for travel with a contactless credit card stored in your smart phone. Unfortunately, payments made in this manner cannot have any concessions (senior, child, etc.) associated with them, so your senior discount would not apply to TfL payments. A Senior Oyster card, with your senior concession attached, can be registered for automatic top-up from your credit card, though.
Likewise with your Senior Buss Pass. It is unlikely that all of the issuing Councils will go to the trouble and expense of setting up such a service when TfL have decided not to. They also likely do not want to deal with riders who are not able to use Apple Wallet-based service cards because the iPhone's battery has gone flat.
I hope this has helped.
