MacBook Pro freezes often

Now, everyday, my Macbook freezes often... Mostly its random, but when I am coding with XCODE it has done it 3 times in one day. I do not know what to do...

Error:

panic(cpu 0 caller 0xffffff7fafae5505): "Submission on work queue 37 failed due to insufficient space!\n" @IGGuC.cpp:2899
Panicked task 0xffffff86a0b40d10: 5 threads: pid 2825: SimMetalHost

(Followed by a long list)

macOS Monterey (12.3.1)

MacBook Pro 2017

Any ideas?

Thanks!

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.3

Crash reports like this are only useful for developers, there is very little most of us can get from them.

Etrecheck is a diagnostic program, which you can download free from the respective website. It was created by a respected member of this community to provide information so those of us trying to help know enough about the software and hardware installed and can offer advice based on that.

Please download Etrecheck, run it, then click Share Report->Copy Report; then paste that report here, as you did with the crash log.

The current stable release of Monterey including bug fixes, is macOS 12.4 —I would start there.
