Apple keeps asking me to verify my Payment Method

It keeps asking me to verify my payment. My code changed so I verify it and it keeps coming back asking me to keep changing how do I correct this? It’s an Iphone 11

To verify your payment information:

👉 Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details.

https://appleid.apple.com

On the Sidebar click Payment methods -> then tap Payments Methods and tap Manage payment method.
