How do I wipe 6 I pads from former crew who are not available to tell me password or apple id

Wiping them is one thing… Force them into recovery mode and restore ipados using a computer.


Getting past the activation lock, assuming they are not supervised devices under Apple Business Manager, is going to be more difficult.


You will have to produce the original serialized proof of purchase for the devices in the name of the business / organization and provide proof that you are authorized to act on behalf of the company to have Apple remove the activation lock from them.
