My phone keep duplicating my contacts. I do have three emails and I uncheck contacts on all but one account. How do I keep my contacts from duplicating? The numbers end up with “1” in front of the 970 and then I have to save each number twice with the 1 and without for my phone to recognize the contact. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I have a glitch in my contacts. One name is in my contacts repeated hundreds of times. How can I eliminate this contact. How to eliminate a contact glitch? One persons contact shows up hundreds of time and I cannot get it deleted. I got a new phone and it carried over into my new phone.
