There has never, ever been a native calculator app, for the very same reasons that their has been NO weather app for iPads/iPadOS.
Apple never finished developing or designing an acceptable and unique calculator app or weather app for iPad.
And, for the past 10 years, now, since, there is a whole third party, iOS App Store marketplace/cottage industry for a plethora of exceptional iPad calculator and weather apps, now!
So, a native iPadOS calculator app or weather app for iPad is, now, not even being considered, any longer, by Apple.
Apple had an opportunity to create unique iPad calculator and weather apps for iPad with the totally redesigned iPadOS, but Apple, once again, squandered this perfect opportunity.

Apple just has lots of other priorities and a calculator app aimed/designed just for iPad is no longer one of Apple’s priorities.
Apple has waaay too many other irons in the fire, already.
There is also NO real Weather app, as yet, (only a Weather widget ), Wallet app OR Health app for iPad, either.
You will need to go to the iOS App Store and decide on a free or paid ( to remove ads ) third party calculator or weather apps.

There are some good Ad-free examples of Calculator Apps obtainable from the App Store - arguably better than Apple’s iPhone offering - and some very good paid examples.
