If I delete a message on my iPhone, how do I get it to delete on my other devices?
You can achieve that by using iCloud for Messages on all your devices when they are signed to the same Apple ID. To use iCloud for Messages, open Settings ➡️ Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➡️ iCloud ➡️ Messages: Set this to ON.
