Why is all the music I bought gone?

I switch over my phone and all the music I bought from iTunes did not transfer. How do I get my music back? Where did it go?

Hello!

Assuming you bought your music in iTunes on macOS Mojave or earlier, or on a Windows PC, your music you bought did not sync with your new phone.

To re-sync, open up iTunes on your PC or Mac, and plug in your device.

Second, click on the device icon in the upper hand left corner.

Next, head down to "Music" in your device's list in iTunes. It will be on the left hand side of the screen.

After that, turn on iCloud Sync Music Library if it's not on, and at the bottom right hand corner, click "Apply." Wait for music to sync.
