It appears that you're trying to redeem an Apple Gift Card, and you're getting a message that says "storefront mismatch", and we're glad to provide assistance.
If you can't redeem your Apple Gift Card or App Store & iTunes Gift Card - Apple Support -- Apparently you're located in a different location than where that Apple Gift Card was purchased. Each gift card can only be redeemed in the country where it was purchased.
