Im wondering if other SE 2020 users have all of these symptoms:
-Jittery jerky scrolling online
-Randomly jumping cursor
-Continually needing to reset brightness
-Screen dimming for no obvious reason - then brightening again
-Screen randomly unresponsive both on keyboard and esp trying to click on “X” to close pages or popups

If Safari isn't cleared out regularly it can become glitchy along with jerky scrolling — so I do this first thing each day:
Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
...and then close Safari:
Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch

And what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...

The battery appears to be ok. Can you offer some info about how and when all the glitches began?... After an iOS update or after being dropped, etc.? Did you buy the SE new or used?

Bought new- never dropped, always in a case-
The issues are so diffuse that I don’t expect it’s anything but inherent glitches in the soft/hardware.
iOs updates haven’t helped.
Also, these are (except for the jerky scrolling which is ever present) all subtle symptoms that don’t get reported.
