Straight talk affiliate program

I purchased a second line on my straight talk account for a family member who refused to pay me, so I acquired the phone and the affiliate program was activated and they refuse to give me the passcode. The program is provided by a partner of straight talk and they were able to apply that to my device under a different email without me knowing? Seems almost like fraud
