phone disconnects during restore

during the restore and update process my phone gets disconnected and the error occurrs

even after repeated tries changing computers and updating itunes the process doesnot occurs

iPhone XS, iOS 15

Error message when trying to restore phone I keep getting an error message when trying to restore my son's phone (iphone 6s). I've tried restarting my mac and the phone, and I have the phone plugged directly into the computer. Still getting error messages, and the phone is stuck on the restore screen. Can someone please help me with this?
