How to disable hold with one tap?

I have used MacBook 2017 before, where it need to force click with one finger and then hold the cells with other finger. But in my new MacBook (M1, 2020), when I just tap the cell and move the curser to other place, its always appear as holding cells, which I don't want. This problem appears when I use Google Sheet or Word Online. Is there any settings I should do to disable this function? I just want to able to hold the cells when I force click only, not just tap.
