Hulu won't let me make a new account with my Apple ID

When trying to make a new hulu acccount it says a email has been found and i no longer have access to that email that was my boyfriend’s email . It wont let me make a new one says an email is linked to my itunes.

Apps using Apple ID-changing email address An app I signed up to use with my Apple ID does not have my current email even though I changed my email associated with my Apple ID. I will not have access to that account much longer and do not know how to update it. Other new apps created are email changed in Apple ID are fine.

how do I open my Apple ID email how do I open my email account. I need to verify Spotify because they somehow can't send an email to my fast mail account like they have been for years.
