Consider updating your iPhone to current, if you’re still running iOS 13.

iOS 15.5 is current.

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Also check for app updates.

Failing that, contact DuckDuckGo support, as they know their app and its limits and exceptions best.
