Is there a way to view ONLY ENABLED fonts in Font Book?
When I'm about to open a project, it would be nice to know quickly if the necessary fonts are enabled (or not).

Are you aware of all the document support fonts? They aren't listed in Font Book at all. These document support fonts are listed in this Apple Support page for Monterey Fonts: Fonts included with macOS Monterey - Apple Support
There are similar support pages for other versions of macOS, but the fonts included are similar.
