iPhone disabled and connect to connect to iTunes

Saw a bunch of videos on how to fix this issue but it seems like all of it would wipe my memory and I don't have a most recent back up.... Is there a methodology where I an can get this unlock without the hassle of losing everyting?

Unfortunately, once the iPhone is disabled, there is no way to create a backup, and the only way to get the iPhone to work again is to restore it. You will only be able to set it up as new, or from your latest backup. That is your only choice. If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support
