Walkie-talkie not working no matter what, what to do?

I have done everything possible and every tip to try and get the walkie-talkie app on My and my wife’s apple watches to work to no resolve.

Updates, restarts, delete and reinstall, check apple id’s, everything and nothing worked.

The app is not available in the app store because "Requires iPhone". The app works over FaceTime, so it has to be enabled. I have it enabled, the calls work without any problems. Both devices received the latest updates (both iOS and apps). The devices have been restarted multiple times. I had other Apple Watch 7 before, the app was functioning there. But it is not the case with the new one. The old one was factory reset and removed from my apple Id. walkie talkie not working on series 7 My wife and I traded our series 4 for new 7s. Walkie talkie wasn’t working. Neither watch receives an invite. Our 4s worked well, and every possible setting has been triple checked. RFA submitted by local Apple store directly to engineering. No answer yet. Anyone else experiencing similar problem?

Can’t use walkie-talkie on apple watches Me and my fiancé got apple watches for our anniversary, hers being an SE and mine being a series 7, and we’ve spammed the invites, and done all these other little “workarounds” but nothing is working. She was super excited about using the walkie talkies, but we can’t quite use it :,)

Make sure that you follow all of the instructions here, Use Walkie-Talkie on your Apple Watch - Apple Support and that your Watches meet the restrictions.
