Mac turning off

I am having difficulties with my mac, it turns off while am using it. I try restarting it and doing everything but nothing seems to work. This also doesn't happen all the time, sometimes i go 15 min without it turning off but sometimes it turns off every minute and i don't have a chance to even use the laptop.
