I want to change my Apple ID age since I mistakenly made myself under 13 years old

How do I change my age, I’ve tried many ways but when I try to change my birthday the button is greyed out and I can’t change it.

I need your support and help with changing my age I need to change my age/birthday on settings and I have contacted apple and they still wouldn’t allow me to change it because it is under 13 and it’s not supposed to be, I was not born 2009 or 2010 this is ridiculous.
